When you control your business from purely traditional conservative values -which in the US roughly means that Christian white straight men naturally have the best opportunities -don’t offer such talent at home and walk people away to an employer Where they do have the feeling that they are really equivalent.In Silicon Valley, the employer is only a few kilometres away.
Large companies work with a capitalist institution.They will always invest part of their capital in renewal, in modernising the company to always stay one step ahead of the competitor. Capitalism is, by definition, progressive. That is why countries with a free market were initially often on the rest of the world. Think of England or the USA.
Look, if you want to survive in a free market you will have to go with the time.In fact, you should always have an eye on the future.
