What is the simplest thing someone could do to drastically improve his/her quality of life?

That’s really simple.Namely the 1 minute rule. Pronouncing is just as simple as the actual action. The scope is as follows: “if an action does not cost more than 1 minute, you should do it right away.

How I was ever working
Ok, read along, this is a description of my day before I picked up the 1 minute rule.I come home with the car and leave any rubbish in the car and just take my laptop and jacket with you. Then inside, I throw my jacket on the couch or hang it over a chair. When the kitchen arrived I throw my keys on the sink and kick my shoes out at the door.

Admittedly, somewhat exaggerated description of a brief moment of my day.But be careful what happens when you apply the 1 minute rule.

I come home with the car and pick up my laptop and jacket, while I’m taking off I immediately take the mess of that day with it and throw that into the container.Once inside I walk through to the hallway and hang up my coat and I put my keys in the key basket on the table. I put my shoes in the shoe rack in the utility room.

Great rest and good efficient
So whether it is:

  • The immediate cleaning of the table after eating is
  • Immediately put your cup in the dishwasher
  • Throwing the wax in the laundry basket instead of on the ground
  • etc etc etc

When it is a 1 minute job (around and around), you have to do it right and you will see that you suddenly experience a lot of peace and more space to pick up big jobs.For me it works and that could do it for you too.

There are already a few good tips given, so I throw it over another bow.

Find a nicer job, closer to home, and work no more than necessary.

I had to travel an hour, independent of transport.Sometimes longer if there was traffic jam or a train fell off. (Okay, very often longer.)

The impact on my mood was a downward spiral from the start.As a result, I found the work less enjoyable and it took me more and more energy to travel.

I resigned within a year without having a new job and it was the best career choice I could ever make.

A true good luck comes to look at, but I believe that you are partly enclosing this too.

In the two months that I was without work I was on a conversation with many companies.In Most cases I did not want to go further with the process.

I had some hard requirements:

  • Flat organization and a function that I like from head to toe (no consessions);
  • Travel distance must be by bike within 30 minutes (possibly with occasional (international) trip obliging);
  • My wife was at that time just pregnant with our first baby.

That’s why I wanted to work full time until the arrival of my daughter and then 4×9.

In particular, the latter was the most difficult requirement.I’ve even been on a conversation at an organization that comes to children around the world, where I was interviewed by three women, but one day free to be with my own child, they didn’t find a good idea.

That is why I found them not a good idea and I will never donate a penny to them.So I am again.

In the end I chose an employer who said without thinking that it is totally understandable that I want to be with my child and actively want to experience paternity.

It is 10 minutes by car or 15 by bike.

The work and the colleagues are also top.

The quality of my life has since been so fine that I don’t know how it can be better.

A new career that I have fully directed in has made this possible for me.

The tip below will probably irritated you away, but I’ll give him the certainty.

You will hear one day that your leg should be dropped off.You are unconsolable. The next day, after a night of despair, you will be told: amputation is not necessary anyway, your leg will be repaired again soon.

It is the best day of your life.You are in sheer euphoria around your leg.

Probably that is your situation at the moment: You may keep your leg.Why are you not out of luck? Because you didn’t have a bad message yesterday? That is ridiculous, your leg is no less worthy of it.

So it doesn’t work, you’ll say.That is true, but only because you think so. If you think otherwise-which does not seem very difficult-then you suddenly have something where the main prize in the lottery is pale-your leg.

I really want to move more, more sports, but I don’t get there,” 芒 鈧?sighed 脙 漏 脙 漏 N of my coachees last week.Recognizable?

For me in any case though. And it’s a question that’s not just about sports.It may also sound like “I want to read more books, but I just don’t get there. ” 芒 鈧?orI really want to clean up that mess room, but I still haven’t started. 芒 鈧?p>

What do you do if you don’t feel like doing your sports or fitness exercises today?I will tell you what has worked for my coaching customer. She started with the first ten minutes of workout. And when she came to that point, she tried to do at least AN extra minute.

E脙 漏 n extra minute.

Of course, that one minute was two minutes, then five, and eventually she came all the way into fitness mode and she worked out a full workout. 芒 鈧?艗it was 脙 漏 脙 漏 N of my best workouts ever, 芒 鈧?she said, 芒 鈧?艗i’m really glad I was committed to doing that 脙 漏 ne extra minute. 芒 鈧?/p>

The answer to many intentions is to do it 茫 漏 茫 漏 n minute at a time. If you want to get up early in the morning and your alarm clock is now at 7h00, set your alarm clock to 6h59 tomorrow.And every day during the next two weeks you set your alarm clock one minute before. So you get used to getting up early. If that’s your goal at least.

One extra minute at a time. Think about the ways in which you can apply this principle in your life, to make it even better.

The possibilities are endless.

Spend one minute extra talking to your partner and one minute less reading the newspaper or watching TV.Invest one minute more in helping your child with homework. Or what’s starting to work with 芒 鈧?虄morning 脙 漏 脙 漏 n minute earlier, or 脙 漏 脙 漏 n minute more positive conversations and less gossip with Collega芒 鈧劉 s?
Or 脙 漏 脙 漏 n extra minute work concentrated.Read one minute extra in that book: If you do that this month, you’ll end up reading that stack of books.

Invest one extra minute in action and one minute less in postpone. Every day for the next two weeks or month.And you will see a dramatic improvement in the quality of your life.

Tip: The next time you see yourself confronted with a task that you would postpone otherwise, you force yourself to start with it for at least one minute.

One for me annoying, yet necessary task, like completing the tax return I do that way.I say to myself that I give it one extra minute. And chances are very big that I’ll book so much more progress!

The ability to really improve our lives comes down to how we spend every minute.

Make your life better faster than ever by letting it count every minute, starting from now.

I have several opinions:

  1. Listen more than you talk
  2. Look with the intent to see
  3. Play your own game and create your own rules (most people go unconscious by life and then play your other’s game, oh and everything is actually a game, there is no truth, this is the Quantum Mind doctrine

For me personally, that’s a list to do and write out interesting thoughts in a notebook.

If I don’t do this I have complete chaos in my mind because I’m thinking about everything except what I’m actually doing.

This will of course not make a big difference for everyone.But if you are constantly with your thoughts on other things, this can completely change your life.
