I want to avoid as much as possible to order food, but I do not always succeed!
1/always have lettuce in the fridge (bag of butter lettuce or just chicory in winter), I make my own super tasty French vinaigrette with (yes… French) mustard and garlic, and it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.If I don’t feel like cooking, I’ll just make a salad with bread and cheese or with bread and a slice of meat. In 5 minutes it is ready.
2/Mac and cheese: Macaronis, knob of butter, a little cheese… Ready!
3/Pizzas from the freezer
4/tomato sauce/vegetable sauce from the freezer (pre-make extra and deep-freeze)
5/Just a sandwich, or… Oatmeal.
Soup and baguettes are very easy to warm up.
If you want to cook yourself, AGV (potatoes, vegetables, meat) is also very good.I myself throw potato slices in the airfryer (not to worry about), vegetables in a steam rack in a pan (no further work with them) and then I only need to bake a piece of meat. That is very easy and yet little work.
Rice, wok vegetables and a sauce are also made.This allows you to vary enormously so that you always put something else on the table. I myself still do cashew nuts over there. This is done within 10 minutes.
You can also make a ready meal and upgrade it a bit.If you buy a pizza Margaritha and do some mushrooms, onion, slices of paprika and extra cheese over it, that is also delicious. You can also buy a bowl of pre-mixed lettuce (incl. Dressing and croutons) buy and add pasta to it (I think it’s just a little cheaper than meal salad).
If you often don’t feel like cooking, I really recommend an airfryer and steam basket.You just need to put it and fill it with your favorite food, the rest happens by itself.
Pasta Chicken Pesto!
For 2 people you need:
- 200 gram chicken breast, diced
- 1 jar of pesto
- 1 small jar of cr猫me fraiche
- Pasta for 2 people (approx. 100 gram pp)
- An onion
- Possibly other vegetables you want to do through it
- Pine nuts (optional)
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Fry the onion and bake the chicken golden brown.Meanwhile, stir the cr猫me fraiche and the pesto together. When the chicken is brown, stir in the pesto/cr猫me fraiche mix. Let it simmer very briefly.
Drain the pasta and mix it with the sauce.
Scoop up your pasta and sprinkle some pine nuts over it.
No idea what the name is, but fried diced potatoes, onion, topped in unbeaten omelette
or mushrooms, to taste
Well with salt, pepper, oil, various seasoned

I never want to cook at home, so you can usually get out at the easy bite, Pasta, noodles, pizza, tasty sandwiches (not always healthy) the last time I ordered food I can’t hale.Cooking is very nice, but if you have to work after a day you should also make your own food. That is often difficult. As a cook, it is very fortunate that I can sometimes eat in between, but then the disadvantage is because you have to eat in the restaurants often in between I do not come to this, or I have already tasted and tested so much that I do not feel like eating , and then when I’m at home (2300/0000 only get Hungry)
Casserole with chicken, zucchini and tomato
This is literally done in 5 minutes, it should be a while in the oven: that is the only drawback.
- Chicken drumsticks
- Bunch tomatoes
- Kriel potatoes
- Other herbs you like.
- Cut the zucchini lengthwise by mid and then into slices.
- Lubricate the baking dish with some olive oil
- Cover the bottom with the potatoes (and put a snuf salt over it).
- Than a layer with zucchini
- Lubricate the drumsticks with some mustard, pepper and salt.
- Place the drumsticks on top of the potatoes and zucchini
- Finally sprinkle some bunch tomatoes over it.
- Herbs to your own taste (do not personally like oregano, but may very well hereby)
- About 45 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees, turn the drumsticks halfway around.
- Eat Tasty!
