Answer these 7 questions to unleash your potential and inspire you to take a next step in your life, and get a better life.
1.What are the top three things that give me a happy and fulfilled feeling?
Is It for example spending time with your children, partner or loved ones?Or perhaps developyourself, write a book, enjoy activities in nature such as hiking, camping or rowing, or traveling.Find your top three things, and build your planning around for a happier existence.
2.What three things lead me the most off of enjoying my life?
Are you interrupted by buzz, vibrate and rumbling every time you get a message or a notification?Turn off your phone, unless you’re expecting a very important call (otherwise it can wait: voicemail doesn’t exist for nothing).
Are you so stressed by your work that you cannot find the energy to think about anything else?Find another job.
Do you feel constantly subjected to a chorus of negative thoughts that give you the feeling of being a failure or a loser?See below:
3.Do I have my thoughts under control or have I been handed over to them?
If your head is full of negative and nasty thoughts, you can’t expect your life to be positive and enjoyable. We all live in our own reality, and that is influenced by our beliefs, thoughts and ideas. You cannot expect a success in life if you keep telling yourself that you will never be something, not 芒 鈧?艙good to be, or it does not deserve to be happy.
If only I could achieve one thing before I die, what would it be?
Not two, three or four things: What do you want to achieve or experience more than anything?Once you have sorted it out, strive for it with every force you have, because life is too costly to regret.
5.If I could write a letter to the 2019 version of myself, what would I say?
Let’s pretend you live in the future for ten years and you have the chance to write a letter to the 2019 version of yourself from the future.I’m not going to give you any further instructions because I think this exercise will be more powerful if I don’t lead you somehow.
6.How can I use my strengths more often?
Think of three of the greatest achievements of your life. Now think about what personal strengths you used to accomplish those things. Also read 7 ways to find your personal strengths (link to article on my blog)
Write down the strengths you’ve figured out, hang them somewhere you’ll see them daily, and keep wondering: 芒 鈧?艙how can I use those strengths today? 芒 鈧?/i>
7.Why should I be worried about what other people think of me?
When you spend your days worrying about what other people think about you, you get too stressed and depressed to take the action needed to improve your life.It is better to have a small number of real friends that you trust, than a large number of false friends who do not love you and do not accept you like you are.
Bonus-Question.Why am I here?
This is the most difficult thing, and that’s why I last kept 芒 鈧?虄m.Yet it is something you have to think about. If someone at your funeral held a speech about you, what would you want him or her to say? Or, if someone after your death would write a biography about you, what would hopefully vouch for that?
I hope answering these questions helps you boost your potential for more success in life.
There are a number of questions you should keep asking yourself. These are questions that will help you to get a better life all year round. I also feel very much in the fact that you can get a better life by getting to know yourself better. If you get to know yourself better, this ensures that you discover who you are, what your talents are and what you really prefer to do. I hereby release a number of questions that can make you better know yourself and thus get a better life.
- Who are you?
- Do you have goals?
(If the answer is no, ask yourself why)
(If you don’t have any plans, this is usually due to the fact that you have no goals)
(If not why not)
You will really honestly answer these questions.Remember the only way to better life is to implement personal growth in your life and that starts with knowing yourself.
I have a blog where personal development is paramount. The Daily Raita.
I have two:
- What things do we find really important?
- What brings out the best in ourselves?
I admit, they are completely trivial, but please check how helpful they are:
芒 鈧?虄My life has no zin芒 鈧劉 (too much Sartre read).Grab a notepad, write down some things you really think are important, and look at it occasionally: friendship, Bach, child… you immediately understand that your life is w脙 漏 l meaning and which way to go. It is only a matter of focusing attention.
芒 鈧?虄Do I Have to marry, study, join me…? 芒 鈧劉 Question number 2 lays in 脙 漏 脙 漏 n expose all those things that your buggers know well but do not like to face.Experiment with the yardstick: 芒 鈧?虄This does not take the best in ourselves to above 芒 鈧劉. Lay him alongside education, politics, job, marriage, habits. That will make a lot of clear.
Again, trivial answers, but there are a few assumptions among those that are not:
- The basic notions are 芒 鈧?虄meaningful 芒 鈧劉 and 芒 鈧?虄floreren芒 鈧劉 and not 芒 鈧?虄lucky 芒 鈧劉 or 芒 鈧?虄succes芒 鈧劉.
- 芒 鈧?虄Important 芒 鈧劉 or 芒 鈧?虄spend 芒 鈧劉 may vary by person or community.
This is something other than subjectivism or relativisme: What is important or the best we need to discover and not just 芒 鈧?虄constructing 芒 鈧劉, we can be sensible about Discussing it, and we can have it at the right end or be completely next to it. But people and lives are varied, and 芒 鈧?虄important 芒 鈧劉 and 芒 鈧?虄spend 芒 鈧劉 must be completed from the life of their lives.
But we will usually put the questions in the I-shape.
Because all this is not taken as a matter of course in today’s intellectual climate, the two questions mentioned are not as obvious as I think they should be.So Hang them in a list on the wall.
