What are some apps, websites or software that have been of great help for running your business?

I can mention countless of them.The tools below are some that I have used in the last few years and have indeed been of great help. This does not mean that there are often good alternatives too.

  1. Lead pages to quickly create professional landing pages.

Alternatives are Clickfunnels, Unbounce, Landingi, Instapage.Or think Of Clickfunnels where you immediately set up your entire funnel.

  • Aweber for email marketing.
  • Robust and reliable when it comes to deliverability.

    But nowadays I would choose Active Campaign.
    Alternatives are MailerLite (cheap but good!), Mailchimp, ConvertKit, GetResponse.

  • WordPress. org for the website.
  • Usually quickly install through your hosting.

    Alternatives: Wix, Weebly, Squarespace for the websites (all less powerful and flexible, but often easier) and storychief for your blog.

  • Canva for quick image creation.
  • Free but the paid variant gives more ease of use.

    A good alternative is DesignBold.

  • Gotomeeting And GoToWebinar for online meetings and sales conversations respectively and for giving (sales) webinars.

    Still advisable.

  • A robust platform that has made catching up with new functionalities last year. You get the meetingfunctionality for free if your webinars are decreasing.

    Good alternatives are currently Zoom, BigMarker and Demio.

  • Kanban flow for productivity.
  • Create tasks for yourself and your team and scroll through a kanban board. You can also track the spent time or work through Pomodoros. Free, paid for teams.

    There are many alternatives.Depending on what kind of functionalities you are looking for. A well-known is Trello.

  • LastPass.
  • Indispensable if you work a lot online is a good password manager. LastPass is free in the basic version and helps you not only to remember your passwords but also to create stronger passwords.

    Alternatives are OnePass and Dashlane.If you are hesitant to keep your passwords in the cloud, KeePass may be an alternative.
