Perhaps realizing that perfectionism is not really natural, you can help.Just look at nature. Imperfection is the reality and it will always remain. The point is only that people want to fight for certain (superficial) reasons imperfection.
In addition, it is even more important to get satisfaction from what you all do in your life.I believe that people who do not get enough satisfaction from life, strive for perfectionism but are often unaware that they will always be dissatisfied, regardless of the outcome.
How you put that step towards fulfillment is something you have to do yourself, because all the answers are in you.Maybe more value to the little things in life? Maybe you have experienced something that you have been unsure about somewhere in your life? Can you possibly handle that? More things to try out?
Obviously there is nothing wrong with things to do well.
As long as it is your free choice.
But what if 芒 鈧?虄wantto be 芒 鈧劉 脗鈧?虄鈩?/i>?And you can not be more different?
Perfectionism is the 芒 鈧?虄te-Modus芒 鈧劉: Wanting to do too well, too much work, to be difficult to choose, to structure too strongly.
Perfectionism is the harmful 芒 鈧?虄to芒 鈧劉, which makes you unhappy and tired. It leads to burnout and other illnesses.
Perfectionism has nothing to do with good performance. It is not the same as ensuring quality.
It is a restrained pattern that sends out the unconscious thinking, doing and feeling of people suffering from it.This way of controlling is not efficient because it ensures continuous stress and makes people unhappy and sometimes also sick.
How do you get perfectionism?
Perfectionism usually arises in childhood as a survival mechanism. At some point a child (usually unconscious) determines that it does not meet, is NOT OK, as it is at that time. This will give the child a way of thinking and developing to be seen (by parents, teachers, family, boyfriends,..) and get confirmation that it is OK.
When does perfectionism become harmful?
This need for external confirmation is often even stronger over the years, and the child’s life and later the adult will be mastered.
In the place of becoming a free adult , we become as the true slave to the pattern.Usually the pattern manages to help people 芒 鈧?虄forward 芒 鈧劉 in life and make Career. But the price paid for it is high. Instead of whistling through life, we are governed by stress, fears, countless mofood, feelings of guilt, etc.
But I believe we as humans are meant to be free adults.Such a person begins to see himself and with respect for his unique being, for his abilities, for his body. From this self-love you can connect with others, with real respect and real love. From that free adulthood, you can also choose a job/career that really suits who you are and what you feel like your mission. So someone puts his thinking and feeling in the service of being free.
But perfectionism does a lot differently with you.It makes your life complicated, full of mofood and stress.Knowing who you really are and what you really want is very difficult and you are not actually working on that. Thinking dominates and often thinking is very tiring.

How does the coaching method work?
In The coaching one works with the part that directs the perfectionism pattern. That part works from the left half (the think half) of our brains. We let this part cooperate with the part (in the right hemisphere) that the free child controls in us. As a free child, we are open and relaxed in life. The free child feels really free, is enthusiastic, happy, all the time.
Within the OCP-coaching we make contact with both parts. We learn to appreciate them and come to a collaboration between both parts. When both parts work together in a real synergy, we feel harmony and tranquility.A new nucleus arises: 芒 鈧?虄i Am ok脙 漏 as I am, both my inner and my appearance 芒 鈧?”I like to see myself and take good care of myself. From that conviction I stand in the world and I am going to my relationships. 芒 鈧劉
The result? The cooperation of the internal parts leads to the 芒 鈧?虄free Adult芒 鈧劉, which stands authentically and spontaneously in the world.Improve relationships, you experience a greater feeling of happiness, you dare to be yourself, you live with focus, break through addictions…

Because they never give up and only go home when the work is done. They are easy employees, because they never say no and do not bother. And their work is always in order.
And yet perfectionism is harmful.Because it leads to burnout and other illnesses. Of course, companies do not wish their employees. Perfectionism limits their growth and makes them sick.
