How can some people with autism perform mathematical operations such as multiply, divide, etc. Run very quickly? What is their method?

What is your method of analyzing feelings correctly within a fraction of a second?Yeah, think about it. How is it that you can process those incentives quickly, but do not count? And how do I calculate a few quick sums? I do have a method, but why is it so fast?

No idea.The answer comes to me quicker to the top than for others. So I can remember exactly how we had to call out the tables aloud at the Juf, one by one. I can also remember the sums I had to make for quick counting. My method is that I have remembered the elementary school (the fact that I liked it too, certainly helped with it).

I don’t know how some can nominate the answer directly, maybe they just literally remembered everything, as an encyclopedia of figures, maybe make their brains a math.

I count as soon as possible calculations from which I do know, obv elementary school techniques a while ago.(I find those new methods but nothing).

If I19 * 68 must count, it is 20 * 68, 10 * 136, 1360-68 = 1292. (I didn’t looked it up, but I believe it’s true).

I simplify the terms to something I can quickly calculate in my head and remember if necessary.And then it’s a matter of speed of stimuli in your head.

Why is the answer to me rather than an average?No idea. If you can tell how thoughts emerge from stimuli and why they have a certain speed, you win a Nobel prize.

I have had ASD, and a while studying physics.I can tell you that I’m not exactly quick with my math calculations. I was probably under the average of the class in terms of speed. Mathematics is not my strongest profession. To indicate that the generalization does not take hold, despite my interest in mathematics.

So… why should methods of people who can count very quickly be different from those of autists with that same skill?
I think that the method is not different, and that it does not have to do with the Spectrumgoers ‘ own.It’s mainly about how much you practice. There is enough evidence from the psychology that exercise of arithmetic operations translates to rapid-capital arithmetic, and this stated I think it’s stereotype.But computational skill is just like when ‘ N ‘ Beginner learns to play a song on ‘ n ‘ instrument. I think that understanding comes from a deeper hewustits layer, without actively “thinking”.A certain “independent information stream”.
