How can I become the best version of myself within a month?

I would like to give you here 11 habits that will bring you forward and which I think are indispensable.The order is not set in stone, but already written with leniency.
- Eat healthily! why?
Your diet is the fuel for your body. If you just fill crap at the top, your power and energy isn’t very much. You wouldn’t offer a high-performance engine a nasty fuel if the engine is supposed to work long and well, wouldn’t it?
There don’t have to be long sessions on the running track, no hours in the gym. There are great full-body exercises that will get you fit quickly. Sport promotes your energy level, your willpower and discipline as well as your self-confidence.
Bronnie Ware has written a great book about this: Insights that will change your life: Amazon.de: Bronnie Ware, Wibke Kuhn: Books . It’s about what the dying regret the most.Among other things, they wished they had spent more time with the above-mentioned people.
20 minutes of exercise, then shower. This is followed by 20 minutes of reading time, during which I read books that are relevant to me (e.g. finances, biographies…)

If you surround yourself with the “wrong>” people, you will not be able to quit smoking, for example. Focus on the people who inspire you, who support you, not those who annoy or drag you down.
Do they replace you with human, personal contacts? Consider whether you need to use the income-destroying machine (TV) so often.
You are always in the reactive role and react to the ideas, desires, questions of others. However, to become your best version, you need to be pro-active.
