Does the food from the microwave cause cancer?

I suspect that the question is whether food that is warmed up in the microwave poses a higher risk of cancer than warming up food in a different way.The answer is no.

Firstly, the electromagnetic radiation emitted by the microwave during the warming up of the meal has a frequency of 2 450MHz, which is far too low to operate ionizing. In ionization, electrons can become detached from the atoms, which in turn can cause mutations and eventually a form of cancer. The radiation of a microwave oven is not ionizing.

The radiation of a microwave oven does have a high amplitude, which causes the food to heat up.That high amplitude can make you burn, but cannot cause mutations. The grille in the microwave ensures that the waves, which have a length of about 13cm, can not reach you and so you can not burn them that way.

Secondly, electromagnetic radiation is also ‘ gone ‘ when the microwave oven stops warming up.The radiation is not ‘ in ‘ your food; This is an absurd idea, but it is often believed.

The way a microwave works is by the water molecules that are negatively charged on one side and are positively charged on the other side (polar molecule). The electromagnetic radiation ‘ shakes ‘ with the nutrition at the molecular level, which heats up the food. That’s basically all. This also happens in other ways of cooking.

The microwave is absolutely safe.

Q: Does eating the microwave cancer cause?

A: I think you have other worries than cancer when you eat the microwave. That of mine has at least all sharp and indigestiable parts and also quite a few poisonous metals.

Edit 18 Dec.: The question was modified later, but in my reply I cited him as he said when I formulated my answer.

Never has any evidence been provided that cancer-making substances are formed during the heating of food in a microwave.

World Health Organization WHO website Electromagnetic FIELDS (EMF)

Food cooked in a microwave oven is as safe, and has the same nutrient value, as food cooked in a conventional oven.

The main difference between these two methods of cooking is that microwave energy penetrates deeper into the food and reduces the time for heat to be conducted throughout the food, thus reducing the overall cooking time.

Are you worried about getting cancer, don’t smoke, and won’t be obees.About 30% of all cancers are caused by obesity!

Of Does obesity cause cancer?

Only if it would also cause cancer if it was not warmed up in microwave… Warming up in the microwave does not add any risk to this.

If you warm up the mouldy peanut; s in a microwave, there is more chance to get liver cancer.

Without warming up, that would also be the case.
